Was Jesus Referencing the Transfiguration Regarding His Return?

Matthew 16:
27 For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done. 28 Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”

Q1: can someone come before they leave?
Q2: who was coming?
Q3: what was he coming to do?
Q4: who was he coming back with?
Q5: when did He say He would be back?
Q6: what did He say he was coming back within?

Some people try to say this was the transfiguration that Jesus was speaking of. Carefully review the elements and ask yourself if that is a legitimate interpretation …

Matthew 17:
And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James, and John his brother, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. 2 And he was transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became white as light.

Q1: how many days after Jesus’ “some standing here” statement was the transfiguration?
Q2: did Jesus leave during those days so He could come back?
Q3: who died during those few days to leave “some” not tasting death?
Q3: were angels present with Jesus at the transfiguration?
Q4: did Jesus judge or repay anyone at the transfiguration?
