Contrary to the uninspired “father of dispensationalism,” the cross was NOT the defeat of Christ and the victory of Satan. The Bible says the opposite: it was the VICTORY of Christ and the defeat of Satan. It was the whole point of His mission: a perfect life sacrificed to cover our sin and give us a home in a perfect heaven. Darby couldn’t have it more wrong. Christ didn’t fail in His mission. He was successful. This is why so many writers of the New Testament celebrate the one who conquered and reigns. He didn’t come up short, he wasn’t surprised by rejection, and he wasn’t exiled to heaven. He came to die, on purpose, for us. He is seated at the right hand of the Father, enthroned as the Bible says.

Thomas Jensen left 13 years of private school and daily Bible study at Temple Christian Academy as Valedictorian to attend Baptist Bible College before accepting a transfer scholarship to another Christian college - Harding University. After graduating summa cum laude as a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society, he founded a Christian-based natural health and fitness business. The success it achieved by helping people transform their physical lives has granted him the time to help people transform their spiritual lives as well. His interest in prophecy was sparked during a 7th-grade junior high Revelation class, and he has since been blessed to lead Bible studies at Temple Baptist Church, Prestonwood Baptist Church, Crosspoint Church, and other organizations. (Note: his views have continued to develop over 40 years with ever-deeper study of Scripture, and do not necessarily reflect the current views of those aforementioned organizations)
